I may have failed in baking a bread on my own last week, but today, tadaaah! I have successfully made some petit french rolls! I love bread with a crispy crust so this recipe will definitely be used over and over again til I find a new one that would look more interesting, and doable. Haha.
My husband was my coach for today. He didn’t take over the entire baking process and just allowed me to learn and panic (a bit) on my own. I can’t believe I can actually make our own bread! More so, I can’t believe I’m actually loving baking!

I just realized, mine came out smaller than the actual recipe but it tastes so good that I actually forgot about its size. Hahaha. Will do some adjustments next time so the dough will rise better. But overall, I made some pretty good bread. I could celebrate for days.
