Who talks about folding clothes and chores nowadays? Well, let me:

Still the chore that I don’t feel like doing at all. It’s taking me forever to fold clothes and return them in the closet, probably because I always end up organizing the whole closet every single time. Haha. Also, I can’t help myself in making sure that all are perfectly folded in the same size, thanks to Marie Kondo.

I would no doubt choose doing the laundry over this but sadly (yet thankfully), Darel already did that for us yesterday. It’s my turn to do this now. Well, I managed to finish this whole pile while watching Ultimate Beastmaster in Netflix. It made this task tolerable.

I’ve never liked doing this since I was a teenager and I still don’t like it now that I’m an adult. True enough, there are things in life which you may not like doing but you still have to. Big or small things, we all feel the same. So the next time you think that someone is living the best kind of life, just remember that at the end of the day, they also have chores to do. It may not be folding clothes, but it’s definitely something that they don’t want to, but they have to. Not everyone is lucky and privileged to escape his/her own kind of reality.
